We collect your precise location only when you actively request a card recommendation. Location data is used solely to identify nearby merchants and provide relevant card suggestions. Your location is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers.

Card Information

You provide information about which credit cards you own. We store only the card names and types—never card numbers, CVVs, or other sensitive payment details.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Clerk

For secure authentication (Apple/Google Sign-In). Clerk processes your login credentials according to their privacy policy.

OpenAI

To categorize merchants for accurate card recommendations. Only merchant names are sent—never your personal information or location.

Supabase

To securely store your account and card portfolio data.

Apple MapKit

To find nearby points of interest. Location queries are processed according to Apple’s privacy policy.

Data Retention

Your account and card portfolio data are retained until you delete your account. Location data is never stored—it is used only during active requests and immediately discarded.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Children's Privacy

Pickr is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
